Requirements
· Degree Civil Engineering/Building
· Minimum 5 years’ working experience in property development
· With experience of high rise building
· Able to execute Engineering, Architecture and/or technical drawing & specifications
· Possess strong analytical & technical implementation planning skills
· Capable of handling a full project team
· Able to work independently
· Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

3) QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Requirements:
· Diploma / Degree holder in Building Technology / QS
· 2 – 5 years’ experience in construction & consultancy on building projects, including sourcing materials & planning and verifying quantities & contractor’s claim
· Experience in Project Management would be an advantage
· Analytical, independent & a team player
· Computer literate
· Preferably Chinese
4) CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY/PA TO MANAGING DIRECTOR
Requirements
· Degree/Diploma in any discipline, or equivalent secretarial qualifications
· Minimum 5 years’ working experience, preferably in property development or construction line
· Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
· Excellent proficiency in both verbal and written in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
· Mature female, able to preserve high degree of confidentiality, initiative, resourceful and able to work under pressure.

Requirements
· Recognized Diploma in Marketing / Business Administration or similar disciplines
